E.P.A. and Chrysler Link Up for Hybrid Technology Test - NYTimes.com

Sergio Marchionne, the Chrysler Group’s chief executive, on Wednesday at the E.P.A.’s Ann Arbor, Mich., lab."The Environmental Protection Agency and the Chrysler Group announced on Wednesday that they would work together to develop a light-duty hydraulic hybrid vehicle.
